Areas with demand in office rentals

The demand for office rentals comes almost exclusively from Greeks, while in a few cases there may be prospective tenants from the Balkan countries. Also, as can be expected, the lion's share of office rentals concerns the centre of Thessaloniki, but this does not mean that there is no demand in other areas. 

• Centre 

The greatest demand for office rentals is in the centre of Thessaloniki. Whether it is for companies or individual professionals such as lawyers, doctors or psychologists the centre is considered the best area for business headquarters. • Thermi and Pylaia 

Immediately after the centre, in office rentals, follows the area of Thermi and Pylaia, on the eastern side of Thessaloniki. There are large buildings with comfortable spaces and parking, easy access to the city exit and the airport. 

• Western Thessaloniki

In the area from the Railway Station onwards (mainly along Monastiriou Street) there is also an increase in office rentals. This is a part of the city that is quite close to the centre, as well as to the industrial area of Sindos. Moreover, here one can find large offices at much better prices than in the city centre and Thermi.
