4. Peraia

Peraia is also an area with several single-family houses for sale, but the prices are quite reduced compared to Thermi and Panorama. The main disadvantage is that it is quite far from Thessaloniki and is usually preferred by people working on the eastern side of the city.  

5. Oraiokastro 

Oraiokastro is located on the northern side of the prefecture of Thessaloniki and attracts the interest of several families looking for single-family houses for sale. 

6. Ano Poli 

A stone's throw from the centre of Thessaloniki, Ano Poli has a small number of single-family houses, but in recent years there has been an increased demand here as well. 

7. Nea Raidestos & Neo Rysio 

On the eastern side of the prefecture of Thessaloniki there are other areas such as Nea Raidestos, Neo Rysio, Tagarades, but also Agia Paraskevi where there is also a strong interest in single-family houses for sale. However, apart from Thessaloniki, there is an increased interest in buying a single-family house in Halkidiki, which is a favourite destination for Greek and foreign tourists.
